This 18± acre site consists of four parcels. The north parcel is 1.47± acres with frontage along Bridge Road. This parcel is zoned COR-2, Commercial Office/Residential. The middle parcel is 2.14± acres with frontage on SE Mars St and SE Neptune St. This parcel is zoned RM-5, Low Density Residential.

The two southern lots span a total of 14.88± acres and are located along the west side of SE Federal Hwy and abut the Banner Lake community to the west and the Pine School campus to the south. A final site plan has been submitted for a 90 unit townhome project, known as Hobe Sound Village (Phase I). The gross residential density of the project is 6.05 units per acre. Existing zoning for these two southern parcels is COR-2, Commercial Office/Residential and RM-5, Low Density Residential.

The 3.61± acres located to the north are known as Phase II of the Hobe Sound Village project. Zoning permits an additional 45 units on these two parcels.

These four parcels are located on the southwest quadrant of Bridge Road and SE Federal Highway. This is the last major hard corner for development in Hobe Sound. Minutes to I-95, championship golf courses and Jupiter Island. Jupiter Island is consistently ranked as one of the wealthiest communities in the country. It is known as home to Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, Nick Price, Celine Dion and many others.
